I had the pleasure of using the Charity Auction Organizer software to organize our school's charity auction and can't give it enough praise ... we had 817 items donated to our auction and this program gave me the ability to easily sort and organize the information. The program was simple to use, with clear buttons and directions. On the day of the auction, the checkout process was simplified and smooth, with immediate results tallied as the evening progressed. I would recommend this software without reservation to anyone running a charity auction. You will wonder how you ever got along without it.

We used the Charity Auction Organizer for our fund raising auction. It was a GREAT help. It had all the features we needed. It is very easy to use and it has everything you will need to run an auction. Adding items, bidders, donors, and organizing the site the way you want it is very easy to do. Putting in bids and doing the checkout after the auction is very fast and easy to do. Whenever we had a question it was answered very quickly. I would highly recommend using this site for your next charity auction.

The software is great. We were new to it this year and have not used all the features, but the ones we did were so nice. Our Fall Festival is an annual event and we are excited to use it in the future!
